site commission
As mentioned in the site use treaty, the site gets a commission of 1% of the price of the commodity sold through the site and is paid by the merchant, which is his safety. If the sold commodity is a real estate commodity, and it has more than one intermediary, then the site is one of the middlemen, and the commission is shared with them. This condition is considered a binding agreement, according to which the site is entitled to claim this commission. If the commission value is less than 20 Saudi riyals, then it can be chartered on the site.
Notes:
The rental cars offered for assignment will be commissioned according to the value paid during the agreement. For example, if a person wants to give up his car and 20 installments remain on it and it is agreed with a person to give it to him for an amount of 10 thousand riyals, then the site's commission is 100 riyals. If the waiver is free, the commission is also free.
As for cars exchanged through the site, if the exchange is one-to-one, the commission is considered free, and if there is an amount paid during the exchange, the commission is on the amount paid only. For example, if two people agree to swap one car for another car with a payment of 10 thousand riyals as an increase, then the commission is only 100 riyals paid by the dealer.
Regarding the commission on orders: If the owner of the announcement of the request finds his commodity through the website, and the owner of the goods has not previously announced it on the site, then the commission is 1% on the applicant. If the commodity has been previously announced on the site, then the commission is on the owner of the commodity.
